Come and visit the second Thai Food Festival

Bigger and better than last year!

This year’s festival will be housed in marquees on the 1^st team rugby pitch at St Austell. Better car park facilities!

There will be a variety of stalls selling a wide choice of Authentic Thai Foods and Drinks throughout the day. We will also have stalls selling Thai Handicrafts, Thai Tombola stall, Thai cooking ingredients and fresh herbs, Thai Classical Dancing, Thai Boxing Demonstration, Magic Show, Children’s Face Painting and Bouncy Castle.

10.00 a.m.                             Gates Open

10.10 a.m. – 10.55 a.m.     Thai Monks procession and a Buddhist blessing ceremony

11.00 a.m.                             Official Opening by Matthew Taylor MP

11.15 a.m.                             Thai Classical Dancing (2 Dances)

11.30 a.m. – 11.50 a.m.     Introducing contestants for Thai Costume Contest

11.50 a.m.                             Raffle Draw

12.05 p.m. – 12.20 p.m.     Thai Classical Dancing (2 Dances)

12.20 p.m. – 1.20 p.m.       Thai Cooking Demo by Uraiwan

1.20 p.m.                               Raffle Draw

1.30 p.m. – 3.00 p.m.          Thai Boxing Demonstration by West Area Kick Thai

3.00 p.m. – 3.45 p.m.          Magic Show

3.45 p.m. – 4.15 p.m.          Raffle Draw and Prize giving for the Best Thai Costume and the Best Dish of the day.   

4.15 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.          Thai Classical Dancing

4.30 p.m.                               Official Close
