Garlic Turkey with Shrimps and Noodles
INGREDIENTS
250 grams cooked egg noodles
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
350 grams cooked turkey, cut into strips
4 tbsp. dried shrimps
2 tbsp. spring onions
1 tbsp. crushed unsalted peanuts
3 tbsp. fish sauce
1 ½ tsp. palm sugar or demerara sugar
1-2 red spur chillies, deseeded and sliced diagonally
3 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander for garnish
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
HOW TO COOK
1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and cooked turkey and stir-fry for a few minutes.
2. Add the dried shrimps, spring onions, peanuts, fish sauce, palm sugar, chillies and lime juice to taste. Mix well.
3. Add the cooked noodles and coriander and stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
